Shipping Policy
We ship all items First Class to save on shipping charges. Priority Mail rates are available upon request. All shipments will have Delivery Confirmation added as this helps to protects us both. We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Due to the nature of our products, Media Mail postage is not available.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 5 days of the delivery date as shown by the USPS Delivery Confirmation. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. The item MUST be in perfect and resalable condition for a refund to be issued. If an item was damaged in shipping, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be refunded if the entire product, plus shipping package is returned within 3 days of receipt.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information gathered by Personal Management Systems for the purpose of order fulfillment and shipping will remain private and confidential. We will never use this information for any other purpose, or allow others to have, see or use the information.
